Pleasant, professional and caring, during an hour long appointment, Dr Sai checked I was ok as we went along explaining what he was doing as he went. He used a dental dam thing on me which stopped water from the drill going down the back of my throat and therefore saving me swallow every few minutes disturbing his work. I wasn’t sure at first about the dam, but it was actually far easier with it than without. I would be happy to have it used again. Never that keen on the dentists, this was a far from unpleasant experience.

Getting my surgery done by Mr Rao was one of the best decisions I made. He made me feel completely at ease and informed thought the entire process. I felt he was very attentive and took time for all my questions and queries pre and post op.
