I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). I had two lots of treatment of PRP injections into each shoulder on two separate occasions. I have always found Mr Gulihar to be exceptionally professional and empathic. He explained the treatment and any side effects and was very supportive of my accessing the treatment via the NHS. My overall experience in Mr Gulihar's NHS clinic and the staff working with him was very good. The outcome of treatment in both shoulders has really worked. I have had an excellent outcome and I am very pleased.

I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.

I went to see Dr Hull for a review of sero-negative arthritis after an acute flare up. She was thorough and took time to listen to my concerns. All the test results were explained as well as treatment options. Dr Hull respected my choices about treatment and provided options to suit my needs. Highly recommend
