Giulia is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is an expert in her field. And a very warm individual. Osteopathy treatment brought me an immense relief. My shoulders, neck and hips were very tight and I had a lot of tension accumulated over the years. The discomfort was pinpointed by Giulia. The relief was immediate, it felt absolutely wonderful. All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.
