I was very keen to see Dr Jenkins after experiencing a period of illness and fatigue that no other doctors were seemingly able to help me any further with. On top of my thyroid condition, I have had had chronic fatigue that wasn’t improving with medication. Dr Jenkins took the time to listen to my full medical history, asking me questions others had not and clearly trying to get to the root of the problem. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic and made me feel heard and understood. I’ve spent years feeling as though there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation and that I was at times imagining how bad it was due to feedback I was getting. His thorough testing uncovered the cause of the chronic fatigue and we were able to treat it. I am in a far better state of health than I ever have been and feel ‘normal’ in a way I haven’t for many many years. Very grateful to have found Dr Jenkins. His team has also been incredibly helpful and I’m very grateful to Dr Jenkins and his team for everything.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Guttmann, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Guttmann has impeccable manners, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment.

Comprehensive consultation. He seemed thoughtful and considerate, taking the time to properly understand my feedback. I thought he did an excellent job.

Dr Singh saw me at short notice and was considerate, well-informed and sympathetic. He provided plenty of time to allow me to give a full history and his diagnosis and subsequent treatment options were clear and well considered.

Professor Lobo has helped me more in one appointment that any other doctors have in my whole life. He is one of the few doctors that understands a very complex illness and provides incredibly useful information for the patient to understand it and improve. The treatment he provided is already working and for the first time I have hope that my life will be better.
