My second visit to Mr Ramchandani for a tooth extraction and I approached it much less anxiously than last time. As before, the whole process was over as soon as I realised it had begun and I felt relaxed throughout. I also had no post-operative pain. I am very grateful to him.

To one of the most amazing team of people - I am writing this review following multiple crown preparations and crown fits to my teeth undertaken by Emma, but also with excellent technical work by Mike, in designing my new enhanced teeth. I would also like to commend the reception and administrative team who are so very compassionate when booking and needing advice. They are always available to listen, care, and take action on any concerns or challenges I have experienced. The team of nurses are so professional, technically excellent and empathetic, and work in total partnership with the dentist's and hygienists - Chloe, who is my hygienist, is an excellent coach and I leave my appointments with her, feeling motivated to continue with my ongoing oral hygiene plan. My rationale for having the work done was a combination of some bite and eating food struggles, and cosmetic changes that I felt I needed to have. In addition to this, I was aware that my self esteem, mental health and well being are key to my ongoing journey as a person who is determined to live the rest of my life in the words of Robert Browning "Grow old with me - the best is yet to be". Thank you Emma and your most wonderful team.

My experience with Dr. Scott has been great. As someone who used to always be nervous of going to the dentist I can now say that fear no longer exists. All checkups with Dr. Scott were thorough and everything well explained to me in terms I understood. I had Invisalign and have just finished treatment and am so glad I did it, I now feel much more confident smiling with my teeth.

Bhavin carried out a thorough examination and provided a detailed report describing and explaining the issues clearly, with costed recommendations for treatment, which I accepted. The treatment itself (removal of infected wisdom tooth, periodontal cleaning and Ameloplasty) was carried out in professional and reassuring way, with any discomforts immediately addressed. Any concerns I felt about the treatment were dispelled very quickly and I am very grateful to Bhavin both for the work itself and the way it was executed. I don't think it could have been improved upon.

VERY FRIENDLY AND GOOD AT EXPLAING HIS DIAGNOSES USING DIAGRAMS AND VIDEO CLIPS WHEN APPRORPRIATE. RAG TO CHECK HOW I WAS AFTER TREATMENT WHICH I THOUGHT WAS PARTICULARLY KIND AND REASSURING. EASY TO CONTACT AND GOOD COMMNICATION THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with the experience with Mr Karim Kassam. From the very beginning, Mr Kassam was very thorough and explained the process and diagnosis promptly and clearly. The clarity and swift diagnosis was incredibly reassuring making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward. My recovery is coming along very well 1 week post operation and the pain has subsided quite significantly. I am very grateful for the support and care provided by Mr Kassam and his professionalism and supportive approach has made a significant difference and would highly recommend Mr Kassam.
