I was nervous of the operation as friends had warned me of the acute pain that they had had. I had NO pain at all and didn`t have to take any pain killers and haven`t taken any since.

Mr Sethi has been fabulous. I injured my knee skiing and tore my ACL and cartilage. It was a very stressful time, Mr Sethi was calm and reassuring. He referred me to a great physiotherapist and I decided to go for surgery. I had never had an operation before, so was quite worried. The whole process was so smooth and everything happened as Mr Sethi said it would. It is now 3 months since my operation and things are going really well - I still have a long way to go, but thanks to Mr Sethi's skill I know I have been given the best chance to get back to full activity. If you have any sort of knee problem, go and see Mr Sethi, he is amazing.

My whole experience with Mr Sheeraz has been exceptional from when I was first refered to now, over the past few year’s Mr Sheeraz and his team have explored every angle of my symptoms in order to determine whether a full knee replacement would reduce or completely remove my pain, after all of these were looked into it was determined that my knee was very worn out and the only path was surgery, which was carried out on 1/3/24 and I cannot thank Mr Sheeraz and his team and all who were involved in making my quality of life, pain and mental state so much better for it, I feel amazing even though it had only been eight weeks since my procedure my progress has been great and I’m looking forward to being totally pain free once fully healed. Mr Culpan is brilliant, from the moment we stepped into his office he put us as ease with his experience and expertise in his field. the attention to details to make sure I was ready for my surgery was 2nd to none and there was no stone unturned to ensure i had the best experience possible whilst taking care of his personal health and wellbeing. From the first consultation to the surgery through to the follow up has been outstanding.

We were informed at another hospital that my mum couldn't have her knee surgery, but when we had our referral with Dr. Vivek Gulati, he gave her hope. He is an amazing doctor who explained everything thoroughly. We can't thank him enough. We appreciate his work, and his team was brilliant. My mum is so overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you!

From my first consultation, right through to my review after the operation Mr Shah was brilliant. He was a professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. My hip operation was very successful, Mr Shah did a very good job on me and after committing myself to my physio, I was very quickly mobile and pain free. All staff at Spire were amazing. I am very grateful for the care I received.
