I attended Murrayfield only for pre-op bloods - the staff were friendly and efficient.

Having not had much luck seeing the correct people at hospital, coming here for my first visit I’ve had questions answered and my mind at ease ! Fantastic staff from start to finish and so thorough!

From top to bottom all very friendly polite and put me at ease completely.

Helpful receptionist. Clear instructions. Clean facilities and a mocha was a bonus. Appointments after 6pm a real help

I found the facility to be very welcoming, reception area light and airy. The staff with whom I engaged with were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I was regularly asked if I was ok and if I needed anything, from nurses, theatre assistants, kitchen staff etc.
