All the staff in Manor hospital are very patience, polite and helpful. I usually have problems on getting blood sample, but in Manor hospital the nurse are excellent, they always get it 1st try. Manor hospital, it makes me feel safe.

I would recommend anyone requiring treatment, to look at Spire Harpenden. The hole experience was excellent. From the first appointment to the procedure and after care. The staff and consultant could not do enough to help you through out the hole experience. The hospital was very clean from reception, ward and operating theater. A wonderful experience for an hospital treatment.

Outstanding customer care from the nurse and receptionist in the waiting area. Both are exceptionally good. Grafton Suite is also an exceptionally good facility with light and clean areas everywhere.
