Excellent care. For months I had suffered from a rash that was not letting me focus on anything as it was very uncomfortable. Dr. Bakshi immediately proposed a plant to investigate what I had, a medication plan, and a follow up. He and his office are very responsive to questions as well. Lovely experience.

What a difference, Olympia was exactly as every healthcare professional should be and more! I saw a previous healthcare professional who seemed to have little interest in my urticaria as her only response was it is unknown and I was dismissed. Even though this condition is still not fully understood the cause, Olympia discussed exploring it further to see if it presented anything but also the other options available should it not improve with treatment. She helped me with only part of my symptoms . Told me to research about oral medication , pros and cons , saying she didn't have time to talk through them with me this time. Then she said to come back 2 weeks later. I really didn't feel that she addressed all of my concerns , and felt that I paid for an appointment and that my problems were not addressed

Dr Tom was really brilliant with my daughter while being treated for a suspected penicillin allergy. He was very approachable and kind whilst explaining everything clearly to an 8 year old.

Dr hodge listened to me and my partner and made us feel validated. We didn’t feel rushed and at the time we were very sleep deprived with our 2 year old son so for someone to just sit and talk to us meant the world. We left the appointment still worried but he emailed me back straight away and once I showed a little patience everything started to improve !
