Both the Cleveland Clinic in Portland Place and Grosvenor Place were brilliant! Again, all the staff were polite and caring and both clinics were spotlessly clean which gives you comfort. One thing that really sticks in my mind is after my procedure 16 days ago, I was sitting at the reception area waiting for a taxi and 2 members of staff came up to me and asked if I needed any assistance, which again, just makes you feel comfortable that you are in a caring environment, even away from the team that undertook the procedure.

The Evewell is such a kind and welcoming space and the staff were there for me when I had questions even out of office hours. I would say they went above and beyond for me to make my experience a pleasant and comfortable one.

Very fast Diagnosis from Biopsy through to Surgery. Well looked after in Day Care Clinic through to Surgery and 5 day Hospital stay across CCU and Ellis Ward and now currently Post Op checks and ongoing surveillance. Dr El-Toukhy has helped me conceive my healthy baby girl after first time privately. The NHS service was not helpful as it does not cater to each individual’s needs but the private service has been fantastic. You get the best care using the consultant service and Dr El-Toukhy has helped me and my husband to realise our dreams of having a family.

Everyone I dealt with at St. Barts made me feel welcome; they took time to make sure I was okay on every step of my journey. The hospital was clean. Considering I was in there for major surgery, I enjoyed every minute of my stay (aside from some of the unavoidable pain, of course).
