From start to finish Nottingham Spires was efficient. Every member of staff I spoke to were friendly, put you at ease and proficient in their role. The building was clean, the food was lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

One appointment I had to wait 40 mins - staff shortages. Apart from that appointments were processed promptly
