From the moment we spoke I felt really listened to, and he went to great care to map out my personal story, which I found really comforting, and set out a solution. Clearly passionate about his work, he quickly and correctly identified what was the root of the problem and then went about very clearly explaining to me a recovery plan. Mr Whittaker was very clear in explaining both the process of treatment as well as the diagnosis of my ear problem.
