Together with my wife and son, he took the time needed to carefully explain his assessment of my case and the forward treatment alternatives. We elected that I should undergo a complex surgery with a lengthy recovery time after he laid out the alternatives, the relative risks and his forward recommendation. Professor Frampton literally saved my mother. He has been so helpful and kind. He took the time to care for her after complications from surgeries he hadn't done himself, to arrange scans on weekends and also to help us (her daughter and son), with phone calls and information after normal business hours. I have recently had keyhole surgery done by Mr de’Liguori Carino to resolve a malignant insulinoma. At the initial consultation he clearly explained the condition and treatment in a calm and reassuring manner. He addressed all my queries and concerns, and this was applied throughout the treatment. Written inputs were also prompt, clear and suitably detailed. The major surgery was completed without complication, and I am well on the road to recovery. Feedback was kindly provided to a family member after the operation. Mr de’Liguori Carino has put a comprehensive future treatment plan in place. I am extremely grateful to him for the excellent care and treatment he provided. Last autumn, I had my third procedure (over five years) with Miss Pissanou, and in my view, I could be in no better hands. Miss Pissanou is an expert in her field and her bedside manner is exceptional--warm and personable. She also engages you by taking the time to explain her thinking and recommendations. In general, her standards are very high, and she has my complete confidence. She will always be the person to whom I go to first for relevant medical needs, and I will continue to refer others to her.
