I had a pleasant time in the centre. I fell asleep in the scanner, how's that for relaxing. You should have your own gowns with company logo on it. Dark purple maybe 💜

Chenies Mews is an excellent Centre. I was there for an MRI of my prostate, before which my pacemaker had to be assessed and ‘disconnected’, and after which it had to be assessed and reconnected. I am on regular blood-thinning medication (rivaroxaban). In the process I encountered a considerable number of staff, every one of whom was both efficient and pleasant. The whole procedure, down to each detail, went smoothly and swiftly. Although it's obviously not a leisure activity, it was actually enjoyable, and I'd be confident to repeat the experience. Dr Charlotte Manisty dealt with the pacemaker situation; she is always most pleasant as well as being highly skilled. The radiographers and their assistants are a first-class team. All in all a highly positive experience.

I was incredibly well and professionally treated. I had a serious anxiety about having an MRI scan but was talked through it and supported by the amazing team and it was not as traumatic as I had expected. I could have been more impressed or more grateful
