The facilities were nice and clean. Nurses' attention was excellent and they were obviously caring and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the hospital administrative staff didn't send documents on time, nor maintain a good communication with me. Before and after the surgery their communication was confusing and the after-care documents weren't specific or helpful.

This was my first private hospital experience, and the quality of care both for myself and my accompanying family member was a really pleasant surprise, both in terms of having a private room to prepare for day surgery and recover, and the attentiveness of the hospital team.
