Extremely friendly, clean, efficient and professional hospital. With plenty of hot drinks to warm you up on a bitterly cold day. Really impressed, very calming environment.

Absolutely terrible admin system, told my mother in November that her initial cheque had never been received, it had however been cashed in August. My mother had to make a third payment of £2995 until she could prove the previous payments. Once the evidence was presented she never received an apology. Pretty poor service from a private institution!

All efficient and the staff I interacted with (reception and phlebotomy) were polite and competent.
