Everything I would have expected from a private clinic

Local to my home, lovely staff and no wait time. Good facilities including parking although the car park can get very busy.

All fine.

Reception staff are miserable and need better training on how to speak to people. One of them just pointed when I asked where the bathroom was and when I asked about getting some water. It’s so rude. Generally they all need to learn basic meeting and greeting skills

I have visited the BMI Syon Clinic on many occasions since September 2020. In all instances, I have found the staff to be courteous and efficient, and the clinic adhering very well and responsibly to the heightened requirements brought on by Covid. I would not hesitate to visit the Clinic again should I be required to do so.

Very professional and efficient. Hardly any wait time, reception friendly and aware of who is attending clinic so makes its more personable.
