The wait times (both in terms of getting an appointment and the delay between my appointment and when I actually get in) have been a bit troublesome. As someone who works, it is difficult to arrange appointments during the day (9-5), and even more difficult when these happen on a regular basis. On top of that, it takes on average around 2-3 weeks between now and when the first slot is free. Finally, appointments running late is again troublesome, especially for working professionals. In terms of friendliness, I haven’t experienced any issues, the practice is clean and overall I can’t complain about much - total for the 3 categories is 13 point / 3 (number of categories excluding overall) = 4.33, therefore my 4 stars.

I had a positive experience with The London Independent Hospital. The staff were friendly, particularly in the imaging/MRI department and the waiting times were never very long.
