Need more young and energetic people on the reception to help patients

I have now attended the Priory Hospital 3 times and on each occassion I can't fault it. The hospital is spotlessly clean and all of the staff are friendly.

Really had a good experience here. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient, and made my stay as enjoyable as possible, which given the circumstances of my being there was impressive.

slight delay on appointment time but otherwise first class all round

Quick response times, good communication and very friendly reassuring staff who talk you through every stage.
