The hospital was very well maintained and was a relaxing environment. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Everyone at the runnymede was extremely friendly. Being aware of various crises in national healthcare theres always a worry that any nurses time might be better spent elsewhere but I never felt rushed or anything close. I did wait (in my own private room) for a few hours before my procedure, but as far as I know theres only one theatre and its just the luck of the draw who goes first and last so I dont hold it against anyone or anything

Excellent overall, however, I suspect most patients are late for their appointments due to the lack of parking.
