The staff are very helpful and I got good experience with them.

A real contrast to my latest NHS hospital experience where I waited 100 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Here I arrived 15 minutes early, was seen ahead of my scheduled appointment time, and was out again just 5 minutes after my appointment had been scheduled to start. Incredibly efficient, friendly staff, calm environment, easy to get to, and looks like there was a lot of parking available too!

I have mixed feelings from my visit in Sloane Hospital. The staff were very friendly, however there was some confusion about my appointment. First i was not found on their system, than i had to fill up same forms on two different occasions and the appointment was more than hour late and nobody was able to tell me when i will be seen by specialist. The hospital is overall very clean and well equipped, but does not have enough parking spaces. I have been struggling to find a spot on every visit. Also on Doctify website it stated 150£ per first consultation and 80£ for follow up appointments, i have been charged over £200. It needs some improvement.

Nice friendly place

It was my first time at the Sloane Hospital today. I found the main receptionist, the outpatients receptionist and the nurse very friendly and helpful. The hospital was very clean, tidy and organised.

Pleasant enough hospital. Parking can be an issue sometimes.
