The medical and non-medical staff were all very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, the covid precautions sound, and the food was excellent..

Overall very good, the admissions process was way too tricky to navigate, had too many hand-offs and too much bureaucracy but once there, the staff were friendly and competent. Special mention for my wonderful physio post-op.

The Cromwell was very efficient and organised

My experience was terrific, especially considering that my appojntment fell between two lockdowns. The hospital was clean and friendly. I was given a covid swab test 72 hours before the procedure and there was no waiting time. The hospital has done a terrific time adapting to the recent changes in patience care due to the pandemic and I felt safe during my visit.
