Deanbrook Practice

I phoned to make an appointment to discuss the results of a recent test in the hospital which the Deanbrook GP had arranged for me. It was easy and quick to book the appointment, and I didn't need to go through any queues or triage processes. Following the discussion, the GP provided a prescription and emailed me additional information which was very helpful.

Efficient service from booking to being seen. Very friendly, on time and did exactly what we needed for travel vaccinations and Dr Johnstone gave excellent advice. There were 4 of us booking in for 2 or 3 vaccines each and it was all organised and very calmly carried out, thank you. Highly recommend.

Dr Johnson considered my aching leg problem symptoms and after extensive questions decided it was most likely to be C5 and I should have a new mattress at home and if that didn’t solve the problem a scan of my lower lumbar might show the potential for a trapped nerve in certain positions . Brilliant until proved otherwise. Thank you so much, well worth a visit.

I was seen the same day for the injury with all aspects covered including a jab and a well dressed wound. It meant no stress and the issue was sorted within 30 minutes.
