They assessed me and then made bespoke orthotic insoles for my new ski boots to ensure there was no pressure on my very tricky feet whilst still improving the stability within the boots. Over the course of perhaps 20 years, I have always had excellent care from the Foot Factor team. This has included a full understanding of my need for orthotics, expert measurement and assessment, and highly skilled while-you-wait creation of customised orthotics. On one or two occasions, when it has been clear that after a few days of use a tiny spot of one orthotic remains uncomfortable, the cause was immediately identified and completely rectified. My most recent visit was with Hugo, who was kind, friendly and exceptionally skilled. It is heart-warming to have a new generation take over the reins, with the same high quality and personal touch as ever.
