Every patient undergoes a detailed clinical assessment, allowing our expert team to develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and goals. Treatment may include a combination of manual therapy, neural mobilisation, joint manipulation, acupuncture, dry needling, and structured rehabilitation exercises.

We also have extensive experience supporting patients who have not responded to previous conservative or surgical treatments, helping them restore function and return confidently to their daily activities and sport.

Our team is led by Simon Gilchrist, an Australian physiotherapist with over 27 years of clinical experience. Simon has worked with a wide range of international athletes, including professional tennis players, footballers, and champion jockeys, and has been involved with the Australian Olympic team. He regularly lectures at the Royal College of Surgeons and is a co-author of several publications in sports medicine.
