A great service. Prompt appointments, lovely staff and great doctors. They make it so easy to sort out the reason you've gone in the first place.

The experience was good in terms of my appointments were always on time.

New Victoria Hospital is exceptional with only 2 areas of improvement: reception staff and paperwork. The reception staff can occasionally be slow, inconsistent and it can be hard to communicate with them. Additionally, there is a lot of paper waste due to them printing out stuff like address and other personal details every visit for no reason

Very clean upon entry. Receptionists polite, warmly welcoming and helpful. A peaceful , organised atmosphere .

Great experience and extremely helpful to have my GP based at the Hospital to benefit from all the facilities (one stop shop) as well as direct and easy communication between all departments and my GP.
