I was nervous about having a cataract operation and Mr Hussain made me feel very comfortable. He spoke to me the whole time which really helped, so much so that on the second visit I was not nervous at all & was again treated as if I was very special making the whole visit very easy. I do not think he could have made things any better.

Good but should have sent me home with treatment for dry eyes as it is apparently common - esp as I was a private patient

Very impressed with the set up at Newmedica in Ipswich. The offices were clean and well staffed. Personnel all seemed very friendly and it appeared to be a very happy ship!

All good with one exception . The first time I was not offered a drink after surgery so was pleasantly surprised when it was offered the second time

Good but patients need to feel special. Staff need to explain the process on the visit. Lots of rooms and people to see. Offer drink on arrival. Put coats in locker. Make it a private health care experience. It does not cost anymore.

Excellent, Premises modern, well kept and clean with ample car parking. All Staff very attentive and freindly explaining what was happening at all times Minimum waiting

Everything was very good especially the lovely Leo and his care while administering the drops . Everyone was kind and informative.
