All staff at the hospital was incredible, nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, welcoming and put my daughter at ease as soon as we arrived.

I arrived on time and had a short wait after I completed my forms, which was fine. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The staff who greeted me were helpful and welcoming.

Excellent experience although parking is a problem and causes concern on arrival.
