Good service by the team - there needs to be a call button in the room to alert the reception if you need them. The app is not very efficient to use as you think and needs to be tested independently by more users to offer feedback for Welbeck to bear in mind.

I was in and out very efficiently and it seemed like lots of sensible precautions around COVID

Friendly yet professional. Clean place, hand sanitiser was available at the entrance of the building. Social distanced seating area and waiting time was zero.
