I had received a clear explanation of the reason for my appointment before I attended and of what to expect. I was seen on time, in a friendly and covid-safe environment. My appointment proceeded as planned and any questions I had were clearly explained to my satisfaction. Overall an extremely pleasant and comfortable experience during what is otherwise a concerning time in my own medical health.

The type of xray/ scan I had involved a long waiting time between injection to xray which is to be expected so deflects from the overall experience. Good team and staff running this department.

The radiotherapy department was always calm, the staff always friendly and they treated me with care and dignity during each visit.
