reception staff were helpful, hospital environment clean and very welcoming

On waiting for surgery - my timings were delayed to the evening, both surgeon and anaesthetist explain the delays to me and were shocked that the nurses hadn’t keep me updated on a regular basis. The nurses could have but their head round the door on an hourly basis - but to be told you’ll be 30 mins and left for over an hour on at least 2 occasions isn’t good. Reception welcoming and catering staff had high standards as did the operating staff.

Parking is a complete farce

Spire London East team greet the patients nicely at the entrance and have very less waiting times to see a doctor which is well appreciated.

A 5* doctor who genuinely cares which is a rear quality in this day and age.

It was very busy, not enough seats for everyone. Seemed a bit chaotic. It was clean and the staff on reception were friendly.

The hospital was very organized and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only real negativity is that a nurse was coughing in my room, whilst checking my details and sorting out my surgical socks, before my procedure took place. Later the same nurse took me down to theatre were she handed me over to one of the Anaesthetists and stayed awhile chatting in the operating supply’s room, until I went through to be put asleep.
