Freindly staff and good car park!

I was very pleased to buy a 2 day package as I do not have health insurrance since I take no pills and am normally in the best of health. The provision and explanations were faultless from everyone.

The day of my last visit coincided with a CQC inspection.

Waiting for the procedure (and for staff to explain what is happening) can be stressful but there wasn’t too much of this. Staff careful, attentive and polite. A slight mix-up over patient notes was sorted out with minimum of drama, though a bit concerning when it first happened.
