Quite out of the way, and looked a little derelict. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. Waiting room was well sized and empty at the time I arrived, could sit about 20-30 patients, also had basic amenities to help pass your waiting time. Only downside is I had to wait past 30minutes for my appointment which made me late for other responsiblities I had that evening but other than that the location was good.

The hospital is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Car park is not large and you need to park in the road.

My appointment wasn't at a clinic it was a video call

I wasn’t too happy to be told I was late by one of the ladies who first greeted me as I had a 3yo who’d been in agony for 24hours with an arm injury, in A and E til 10.30pm the night before and an impossible situation of trying to get him dressed and in the car. It took longer than we anticipated and had we been allowed to explain I’m hoping the comment wouldn’t have been made. We also live 30mins away.
