Pleasant reception staff. Waiting times usually very good and would be informed if consultant running late.

The receptionists are always helpful and friendly, making you feel special. The hospital is always clean and the Nurses put you at ease. The Doctors are very friendly and explain everything. In fact I have had surgery there on 5 occasions and I have always had a very good experience.

Very good although they did not register my appointment even though I had booked in.

Only negative was filling in so much paper work the answers to which already on the NHS system or with the doctor and it was done after the appointment which made no sense to me
