I felt in good hands, I could ask questions, and Dr Arnold explained options to me. He always responded to emails very quickly. Small operations went well.
Dr Arnold was very to the point, explaining the issues in clear terms. He didn't try to over complicate the issues or push for more checks/treatments/medication, but was happy to take a balanced approach to the issues I had. He was approachable, patient and reassuring.
I found Dr. Arnold be very approachable, professional and knowledgeable and was very glad we went to see him.
Telephone consultation: review of progress since CardioVersion 19 January 2026: full and clear discussion of ongoing steady progress, suggested discontinue Digoxin while free of AF recurrence. On waiting list for ablation. My queries were dealt with in full.
Once I had got the initial booking made, it was all very smooth. The Dr had reviewed my tests done under the NHS and understood clearly that I had chosen to go privately to get a faster prognosis. It only took 3 weeks to get my prognosis after my initial meeting with Dr Arnold including 2 tests done at Hammersmith Hospital. I left the final consultation feeling assured I had been thoroughly examined and my needs met. The seamless way Dr Arnold accessed my records and then reported his finding to my GP were excellent.

Grateful for your feedback!
It was a 3 minute telephone consultation to check how i was feeling and Dr Arnold left me at ease.

Thank you!
Dr Arnold implanted a heart pacemaker at Northwick Park Hospital. This procedure is successful. As planned, he called by telephone on 2nd June to review. The call was on time and Dr Arnold identified himself. He asked relevant question about my health, re the pacemaker, and answered my questions about the monitor. All very professional! He answered my query about EMS foot massager mat. I am very pleased to have been treated by Dr Arnold.

Appreciate your comments!
