Mr Barrass has always been willing to take the time to explain the process and what to expect. I saw him very quickly post op too which is always a great help. Since then, he has made himself available to answer any questions and set my mind at ease when I’ve been concerned about progress.

I cannot recommend Dr. Barrass and his team highly enough! From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. Dr. Barrass is incredibly attentive, kind, and thorough—he takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely supported. His secretary is equally amazing—always approachable, friendly, and proactive. I never had to chase anyone for information; all communication was smooth and prompt. From the initial consultation to the scan and follow-up, everything was handled quickly and efficiently, yet with genuine care and attention. Truly a five-star experience—I felt looked after every step of the way!

Would highly recommend Dr. Barrass. Easy to talk to and explained everything very clearly. Went to see him with some genuine prostate concerns following an MRI Scan and left with a weight off my shoulders. Also a special mention to his PA Jennifer who went above and beyond to get me an earlier appointment and getting all the relevant information delivered to Dr. Barrass in time so that our appointment could be as productive as possible. 5 stars to both.

I visited Mr Barrass for kidney stones, bladder stones and thickening of the walls of my bladder. Mr Barrass explained what the next procedure was going to be and arranged blood and urine test plus having a contrast scan. I felt completely at ease with Mr Barrass which gave me complete trust in him for carrying out the proposed procedure which he felt necessary in my case.

What was most reassuring was that he listened to the issues I was experiencing. It can be difficult as a woman of a certain age to be listened to and to be heard. The various tests and procedures and results were explained. He suggested a supplement that I can take and it has made the world of difference.
