I underwent an IVF cycle under the care of Mr Jones. I previously had a cycle at another clinic where the whole experience was awful. I came to see Mr Jones at the Lister fertility clinic and the moment I stepped into his consultation room, I knew I was in the right hands. He explained everything in such detail, the whole process was finally clear, and this was after already doing the process elsewhere! He also thought about me, and managed me holistically, with dietary advice and supplements that weren’t even mentioned to us before! We agreed to do another cycle, and the whole process was infinitely better. His communication throughout was exemplary. Whilst the process was centrally run by nurses (who are great!), he reviewed every scan and updated me with progress personally. We now have an excellent number of embryos stored, and we are going to undergo another cycle so we have hopefully have enough to complete our family. Strangely enough, I am actually pleased our previous cycle didn’t work, as if it did, by the time I would have come back for baby number 2, my egg quality would have been so much worse I may not have been able to have another baby. All this was made clear by Mr Jones, and most importantly backed up by evidence, and I feel so much more in control now - I cannot recommend him enough!

Dr Benjamin was very knowledgeable and helpful, he answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. He performed my Hysteroscopy, polyp removal and biopsy quickly and efficiently, which I am very grateful for. I would highly recommend Dr Benjamin to others!

The procedure was painful but was managed better by Dr Jones. He was very informative and that helped more to understand the procedure and cope with pain.

Mr Jones is always very approachable, will take the time to explain a procedure, potential risks and the outcome expected. I always feel I can ask what I may think is a silly question only to hear Mr Jones say there is no silly question and he will provide an answer or discuss the scenarios. I feel I am in good hands and trust Mr Jones with his knowledge and experience.

My husband and I came to the lister clinic for a fit for fertility test, nerve-racking to say the least. We met with Dr Benjamin Jones for our consultation to discuss the results of our tests. He is incredible.At no point did we feel rushed or that we couldn't ask hundreds of questions and he took the time to educate us both on topics we didn't have knowledge on. He advised, he helped us plan and feel so confident about our future fertility. Genuinely, We are so grateful to have had an appointment with him. Talking about fertility, PCOS or anything of this nature is such a vunerable thing to do and we truly discussed everything with a true professional.

Dr Jones showed exceptional professionalism, profound expertise, and above all, a compassionate demeanor that greatly eased my experience during the egg freezing process. He consistently made himself accessible for questions (even during late evenings/weekends) and provided prompt responses which I was so grateful for. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Benjamin Jones, Consultant Gynaecologist at West Middlesex hospital. I was naturally apprehensive when I arrived for my appointment. However, Mr Jones very quickly put me ftotally at ease. He has just the most wonderful manner. He explained everything fully and was friendly and professional. should you ever need a Gynacologist I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this consultant wholeheartedly.

Mr Jones is an extremely professional and empathetic practitioner, immediately making me feel comfortable. What I especially appreciated was his adeptness at verbalising his thoughts thus ensuring I had complete understanding and clarity. This combined with answering all my many questions patiently and his thorough approach from start to finish ensured my trust in his expertise. I highly recommend Mr Jones.
