The transfer from the airport to the hotel 
was very easy and  hassle free, the driver drove safely and was polite and  friendly as was the hotel and staff ,my dental treatment was very satisfactory, professional, clean and efficient and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience, especially Ivan and Dr. Edit

We recently visited Happy Kids Dental Marylebone and had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Reena! From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting area is bright, cheerful, and full of fun activities that kept my child entertained and relaxed. Dr. Reena is absolutely amazing with children. She has a warm, calming presence that instantly put my child at ease. Her gentle approach and friendly demeanor. She took the time to explain everything in a way that myself and child could understand, which really helped alleviate any fears. This was particular important my child need multiple extractions and crowns.

The clinic is immaculately clean and well-organized, with state-of-the-art equipment. The entire team is professional and kind, making sure that both parents and children are comfortable throughout the visit. What really stood out to me was how Dr. Reena went above and beyond to make my child feel special. She was patient, answered all of their questions, and even gave a little goodie bag at the end of the visit. I highly recommend Happy Kids Dental Marylebone and Dr. Reena to any parent looking for a fantastic dental experience for their child.

Dental Emergency

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. 

The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.
