This was a great consultation. Coming from the point of view as a fellow healthcare professional who saw her - Dr Greenblatt was efficient, and offered clear explanations and treatment for my condition. I felt well looked after and the information she offered was insightful.

I have every confidence in Dr Greenblatt, she has seen my son when he was aged 6 and again age 12. The first time she saw him, it felt like she "cured him overnight". She actually provided a regime which helped us get a handle on his eczema within a week and he has managed to live with very few flare-ups, moisturising daily and occasional mild topical steroid usage. Following a recent string of stubborn flare-ups caused by adolescent hormone fluctuations, we reached out to Dr Greenblatt to help "reset" his skin. On both occasions, she spoke directly to my son when asking questions and giving explanations, she was clear and concise and showed great empathy and understanding. My son had no qualms discussing his eczema when younger but is more shy and conscious of it now. During his recent visit, he wasn't very chatty, but felt comfortable to show Dr Greenblatt his skin and took in everything she said. When discussing the appointment afterwards he said it was "good" which I believe to be high praise from a pre-teen!
