About Dr Abdullah Mohammed
Dr. Abdullah Mohammed is a Consultant Cardiologist who completed his medical qualification at the University of Glasgow. During training, he undertook more focused subspecialty training in echocardiography and cardiac imaging. He completed the Mersey Deanery Training Programme in Cardiology and General Medicine.
Throughout his career, Dr. Mohammed has gained wide experience in medicine and cardiology whilst working at some of the UK's largest teaching hospitals and cardiology institutions in Glasgow, Staffordshire, Manchester, Liverpool, and Sheffield.
He has extensive experience with cardiac conditions such as angina, heart failure, valve heart disease, and atrial fibrillation. He is also experienced in cardiac risk assessment prior to non-cardiac surgery, and ‘Healthy Heart' checks up for cardiovascular disease screening and primary prevention advice.
In addition to general cardiology, he is particularly proactive in invasive cardiology, alongside his special interest in advanced cardiac imaging techniques and their role in selecting the most appropriate and evidence-based medical or surgical treatment.

i would say all nurse and doctors and consultants go out of there way 2 get good results on what is truly wrong with the person who is very ill and carnt do enough 4 any l on there ward good luck 2each and every l of you in the fore coming years
Saw Dr Mohammed after a heart scan, he explained what the results meant and that there were a few issues going on. He recommended changes to medication to help improve things and outlined future procedures that would be required. Follow up appointment arranged to discuss how this was going and he reassured me that the medication had started to work. He was very calm and clear in his explanations.

The treatment I received by Dr Mohammed was excellent and so very professional. He was very clear in what he told me and made everything easy to understand. I felt comfortable with him as my doctor and I would be more than happy to be treated by him again should it be necessary.

Dr Abdullah has been nothing but perfect, he listened and did not dismiss like I have been before my doctors. He was knowledgeable and when my doctor wouldn’t prescribe for me without seeing me in 2 weeks time leaving me without the tablets, Dr Abdullah did in a matter of minutes from me calling up his secretary. Really impressed and the tablets have changed my life!
