I met Dr. Brame at a low point having experienced very challenging respiratory symptoms for nine months despite several normal chest x-ray and CT scans. I immediately felt that I was in the hands of an exceptional professional with an attentive and compassionate attitude. I was particularly impressed by the time she gave to listening to my story and her 'whole person' approach to her speciality. Dr. Brame sent me for lung function tests immediately which revealed very high inflammatory levels in my airways and significant obstruction. She began treating me for asthma/COPD and within a week of placing me on two strong inhalers my symptoms resolved. Within a month I had regained normal lung function. I could not recommend Dr. Brame more highly and look forward to continuing to work with her in the coming months as I pursue further improvement.
