I saw Dr Chapman today with my 9-year-old little girl. I am quite hard to impress so the fact that I have given Dr Chapman 5 stars across the board should be taken as significant rather than a casual rating without much thought attached. Dr Chapman was recommended to me as a 'solid' paediatrician. I found him to have a great bedside manner, talking to both myself and my daughter on our respective levels but without at any point being patronising to either. He seemed to be very knowledgable and managed to piece together and explain all of the symptoms which we were experiencing in a logical, accessible and reassuring way. The main reason for our visit was to sense-check our actions to date, see whether any further treatment was recommended and also to discern (which is not at all easy) between following up reasonable lines of investigation on the one hand and not going down rabbit holes unnecessarily on the other. Dr Chapman navigated that distinction in a manner which gave me complete confidence and was able to answer all of my questions with ease and without hesitation. The consultation was unhurried and Dr Chapman listened patiently to everything which we had to say which, in itself, is very pleasing. I am someone who researches extensively, is adept at getting up to speed on technical matters very quickly and obsesses generally, let alone over my children's health and wellbeing. Probably a medical practitioners worst nightmare. I went in worried and came out with a weight lifted and with complete confidence in our course of action. I would recommend Dr Chapman unreservedly.

Dr Chapman is an amazing doctor. His knowledge, professionalism, attitude, everything is great. Dr Chapman saved my son's life allowing us to perform desensitisation, looked after us through it. Now my son changed from child coughing for weeks to a boy playing football and running racings. Thank you so much Dr Chapman. Wish you all the best. xxx

Very calm and professional. You took the situation seriously and we felt listened to. You explained things really well and joined the dots for us. We have a clear medical pathway to follow, and contact details for further questions and a follow up after 6 weeks. I feel hopeful that we may be able to get the issue resolved.

We were a little flustered upon arrival but found Dr. Chapman to be calm and relaxed, which immediately put us at ease. He was also very approachable, listened carefully to our concerns and answered all of our questions in concise and easy to understand language. He also communicated with my 16 year old daughter in a very easy manner, which was wonderful to see, and we didn't feel rushed or hurried in any way. Dr Chapman formed a clear plan of action going forward, and we came away feeling reassured, less fearful and more empowered than when we arrived.
