Dr Jones is approachable , kindly and always listens with respect and empathy to her patients. Appointments are always prompt and easy to organise , with a polite and supportive secretary.

My first 6 week review appointment and Dr jones gave full explanations to various points regarding my symptom's, also guidance of what to possibly expect going forward. I’m very pleased.

Started at the clinic last August . My first choice was cream when I began with Dr Jones but I’m now going to swap and try lozenges as cream is just not enough for my current situation. Once things are under control it maybe that I could revert back or integrate later on in treatment The positives are that it is great that Dr Jones offers the choice to try alternatives to what works best if something else could be more efficient . I have been under Dr Jones care for on going menopausal symptoms for a few months now and I can not recommend her enough. Her time and patience in getting my treatment correct for me personally has been invaluable.

I have had a calm, efficient and very positive experience with Dr Jones. My blood test results are now showing improvement and Dr Jones’ knowledge is invaluable to this.

After an initial consultation which was excellent, I’ve now been using the cream for 4 weeks and have had a follow up consultation. This was equally informative and I’ve definitely experienced an improvement in a lot of my symptoms. Dr Jones explains everything in simple terms and is very patient with any queries. The process of booking appointments arranging prescriptions and arranging blood tests is also very well organised by Jackie.

My HRT is working amazingly well. I have seen such a shift in symptoms and am starting to feel like my old self again. Dr Jones always listens with care and consideration. I might just be getting a handle on my hormones after all these years!
