I was very pleased with the video consultation. Dr Richard Hull asked me numerous questions trying to pin point my problems and understand what had occurred some months earlier. He did not rush me and by the end of the consultation I felt that I was in good hands and from that time on things have happened very quickly. It has made me feel so much more relaxed and I have confidence that he will find out what is causing me my kidney problems.

I was feeling very unwell on the day of my appointment and very anxious about my'mystery illness' Dr Hull was very empathetic and calm in his approach, allowed me to ask questions throughout the session and asked me if I had more questions at the end. i felt that he checked me thoroughly and really listened to the complex account of the illness and my mixed symptoms. He gave me confidence in his explanation of the plan and the investigations to be done. Despite my impatience to find out my diagnosis I felt that I could trust him and stay with the process at present. I felt supported in his attitude toward the balance of psychological and physical factors, which so many doctors ignore. Thank you for a supportive consultation.
