Dr D’Souza was welcoming, polite and very respectful from my first consultation with him at Chelsfield Park. He was very thorough and understanding and also explained the next steps and reasoning very clearly to me. He made sure I understood everything and always checked if I had any concerns or questions. Both my consultations with Dr D’Souza ran were on time and he was always very efficient and helpful, never rushed and I always received clinical letter within 24hrs which is excellent. I had an appointment with Dr D'Souza recently and left feeling genuinely reassured and well looked after. From the moment the consultation began, it was clear this is a doctor who actually listens. There was no rushing, no dismissiveness, just a calm and considered approach that made me feel like my concerns were taken seriously. What really stood out was the level of thoroughness. Dr D'Souza didn't just glance over results and move on. Everything was explained clearly, and where there were things worth investigating further, the next steps were communicated in a way that was easy to understand without being patronising. You could tell the thinking behind the approach was genuinely patient-centred. The professionalism throughout was excellent. Dr D'Souza comes across as knowledgeable and up to date, but also warm and approachable, which is not always easy to find. I never felt like I was being rushed out of the door or fobbed off with vague answers.

It’s met with pleasant receptionists, my time at the hospital was very efficient and Dr D’Asouza explained everything clearly and was very thorough.
