Dr Goel was very professional but also so warm accommodating and approachable. She listened to me carefully asked questions and explained things very well. I was very nervous and anxious going into the appointment, but Dr Goel was very reassuring and knowledgeable and soon put me art ease.

Shruti has been my husband's consultant for kidney disease for 15+ years. Some of those appointments have been fairly routine checks and adjustments to medication that have prolonged his health. In the last few years, we have been made aware of the options that are available to us now that he has reached Stage 5. She has supported us at every step of the way, has good links with Hammersmith Hospital and our local GP. We submit ourselves to the UK Kidney Sharing Scheme and are scheduled for donation/transplant shortly. It's been a long journey, we are deeply grateful to Shruti for being there every step of the way. Her explanations of whats and whys of the recommended treatments have been clear and always helpful. She encourages listening (in our case, my husband listening to what I tell him she told us to do:-) During the worst of this Pandemic, she has been stretched - and given so much help when we were feeling very 'scared'. I have nothing but grateful thanks for her expertise and manner.
