Immediately we were made to feel at ease. The explanation of what's going to happen today was very clear. The examination was conducted sensitively and the explanation of possible causes was very clear and demonstrated Dr. John's detailed knowledge of both medical and environmental factors. Timescales and the next steps were explained very sympathetically and in a language that was easy to follow and understand. Her genuine interest in my son came through throughout the appointment.

Dr Jog listened carefully to our concerns and has a thorough plan in place for our daughter.

I can honestly say without Dr Jog, I am unsure if my little boy would still be here. We came to see her following discharge from hospital with the diagnosis of croup. She was welcoming, kind and very down to earth. She examined my son thoroughly and was appalled he had been sent home with recession and borderline SATS. Dr Jog could tell there was something wrong particularly with his right lung, immediately calling my local hospital to give her opinion. They agreed to take him back in for further observations. Later that day he was tested positive for RSV virus and the following day was so poorly he was intubated and sent to PICU at another hospital where we remained for 12 days and back to our local hospital for another 14 days. Without Dr Jog I could of taken him home, thinking he would get better with the original steroids they had given. She was at the end of the phone to give me reassurance and guidance. I have since taken him back to Dr Jog twice, who has given the correct advice on further medication he now requires. I am so grateful that we found Dr Jog and I will always contact her to examine my son. Her knowledge and skills are absolutely incredible.

I highly recommend Dr Jog, she is extremely professional and instantly fills you with confidence the moment you want through the door, I first saw Dr Jog a couple of years ago for my daughter and she found a heart murmur which no-body else had detected. I was referred again to Dr Jog, who I saw today with my 11 month son, who has had problems breathing and is wheezy. Dr Jog and her amazing specialist nurse Jo, showed me how to use an inhaler correctly and put me at ease with some other issues my son has. After months of not getting anywhere with my sons issues, I now have a plan in place with Dr Jog who i will be seeing again in a few weeks time. I live in Dorset and would happily travel anywhere in Hampshire to see her. Thank you for a great service!
