Put me at ease from the moment I met him, and he spent time with me after the procedure explaining the results. I couldn't have asked for a better Consultant.

I been referred to Dr Philips to get an expert advice and diagnosis on my symptoms. As like most of the patients I was worried and anxious about the procedure and the findings. Dr Phillips took time to explain the procedure and reassured me, from a patient point of view it was a big relief. Post procedure he explained what he was noted during the procedure and book a further telephone call with me to discuss the biopsy results. The great quality I experienced with Dr Phillips was his patience and listening skills. As a patient I had lots of questions about my conditions and he patiently answered and clarified everything. In summary I would say Dr Phillips is an excellent consultant and I am sure every patient Dr Philip cared have the same opinion like me.

Dr Phillips handled my case really well and certainly took the stress out of the situation for me. At the time both my partner and I were worried about the many possible complications or causes of my condition. The process up to the colonoscopy was quite swift, but everything was made very clear to me in advance. Th explanation of the science was a real help and the colonoscopy itself was fine all. I’ve heard many horror stories but happy to report the procedure went well and Dr Phillips was able to quickly diagnose the issue and prescribe the appropriate medication to quickly get me back to health
