Dr Helen what can I say!? Professionally was amazing in every possible way. She put me at ease with any concerns I had . She was clear and concise with her explanation of the procedure. Any questions I did have she answered with confidence and reassurance . Her knowledge of her field was unquestionable. I never once felt rushed or pressured to be quick. Dr Helen Personally was kind, considerate and approachable . A very genuine person who anyone would be lucky to meet . I can not recommend Dr Helen more! She made and uncomfortable and intrusive situation seems like a breeze. Thank you!
Helen was extremely reassuring & pro active. I received a comprehensive screening as a follow up from my GP , in response to the request from Helen for blood tests. Her explanations were clear & her examinations thorough. Both appointments were very pleasant experiences.
The best doctor I've ever encountered. Dr Petersen is extremely professional, she takes the time to explain everything she'll do and her findings. She took time to read the ultrasound report outline and to explain each section as well as requested for further questions.
We appreciated being made welcome and that made us feel more relaxed and therefore supported. My daughter’s consultant went over and beyond to make her feel as calm as possible and had liaised with her anaesthetic colleague to make the preparation for theatre as stress free as possible. We felt listened to and safe
My special needs 15 year old daughter needed an extraction and was very apprehensive. From the reception by the porter, the nurses, Dr Helen and the aesthetician the whole experience was calm, friendly , reassuring and very positive. My daughter has no bad memories of the visit and to her it was a friendly visit to see a dentist. I can’t praise the whole team high enough and thank them for their warm, calm and friendly welcoming experience.
Dr Peterson was excellent in every way. She was very approachable and explained in depth the procedure. This was my child’s first Hospital procedure, and she felt informed and relaxed. From booking the initial consultation appointment with the lovely Diane, everything was informative.
Excellent supportive Approach - both Professional, and Informative from the onset Concluding in a pain free surgical procedure. Thank you Dr Peterson Patricia H.
Dr Petersen has been very professional & caring through the whole process from initial diagnosis to surgery & aftercare
Dr Helen removed a lump from my 5 year old daughters mouth. What I loved most was that Helen talked mainly directly to my daughter, making her actually feel excited about having surgery! We were informed of everything, every step of the way, had great care and we were very confident with Dr Helen.
