This was my first experience with a psychiatrist so I was unsure of what would happen. I was made to feel at ease and even when I became emotional I was assured it was fine. I was able to explain myself thoroughly and was listened to throughout. My diagnosis took around 30 minutes and treatment was discussed with me there and then. I would 100% recommend Dr Hossein and wouldn’t hesitate to seek his help again should I need it.

Dr Rostamipour was my Consultant Psychiatrist while I was an inpatient at The Priory in Roehampton. He assessed me on 30th November and arranged for me to be admitted the next day. During my stay Dr Rostamipour visited me regularly. He was very supportive, empathic and professional in his approach. I found his manner to be incredibly encouraging . I was very unwell on admission. He came to visit me on the Sunday. Dr Rostamipour ensured I received all the necessary medication to make my detoxification as comfortable as possible. Whilst working with me he recognised I was displaying symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). He arranged an assessment 4 weeks after my discharge. The assessment involved me answering questions relating to my life as both an adult and child. He was reassuring and knowledgeable throughout. He put me at ease and imparted information in a way that made it easy for me to understand. He explained my diagnosis well. He prescribed medication that helps me and provided an in depth report outlining fully the assessment and diagnosis process. Dr Rostamipour remains easily contactable and continues to support me.

Hossein was very calm and helpful in explaining and putting me at ease, very professional.

We came out of the appointment feeling so much lighter! We both burst into tears as everything suddenly made sense from when my daughter was a very young child. Dr Rostamipour had so much patience and both my daughter and I felt that we were really listened to. After struggling for many years she now feels the most positive about her future that she has in a long time and managing her ADHD. Dr Rostamipour also made my daughter feel like she was a brilliant person just as she was and that ADHD had shaped her into the person that she is. She will soon be starting her medication to help her and is looking forward to being able to get back to uni and her life. Thank you so much for your help.

Dr Rostamipour or for me Sir Hossein ( hope he won't mind if i call him Sir)is very genuine and kind heart human being along with up to date and extremely professional and competent medical doctor .
